One day here will be a "music house" in about as central location in Helsinki that there can be.
Helsinki Music Centre’s main users will be Sibelius Academy, the Helsinki Philharmonic and the Finnish Radio Symphony Orchestra.
This is one of the most talked building projects in Helsinki after the bulding of a new opera house in 1993 and Kiasma museum of contemporary art in 1998. All of these are expensive monument buildings built with a lot of tax payers money despite the fact that a regular Finn will not visit them often.
