…looked like this in Puu-Käpylä.

…natural history musem. I guess it’s there just to attract the kids, most of the museum is much more scientific.

…the former main entrance to Suomenlinna sea fortress.

…at Seurasaari outdoor museum. It’s originally from Oripää in South-Western Finland. It must be really old as google wasn’t able to tell me much about it
On the island it is possible to see typical Finnish buildings from different parts of the country and from different ages.

…when I saw this steaming sea some days ago. The island with the small buildings can be seen from a different angle in my Ryssänsaari post.
Forsty Arrival to Helsinki was taken later that morning and there is going to be more in next month.

…also in this blog today.

…Hyvää joulua!

…stop cycling. Some moments after this shot a local Suomenlinna resident cycled past me very excited and shouted: “It’s beautiful, isn’t it!?”
At the same time there were both sunny clear skies and the thickest fog I’ve ever seen. When I was standing at King’s Gate, I couldn’t see a boat next to me going through the very narrow Kustaanmiekka strait although I heard it very well.

…but now the days are getting longer.
